Medical Camp to Manor

A Medical camp to Manor, Thane, was held on February 21st, 2016.               

340 patients were checked by a medical team of Physicians, Paediatricians and Gynaecologists. Free medicine was given to the patients. In case of any serious/ major health condition, the patients were referred to the hospital Consultants for either surgery or follow-up.

Reaching out to the less fortunate

An outreach camp was organized at Udhwa and Kala Village in Vellugaum, Dadra and Nagar Haveli on 13th March, 2016. 700 patients comprising – Villagers, children of the Fatima Mata Boarding School & their parents were screened and treated for various ailments.Free medicines were provided. Those requiring further evaluation and treatment were referred to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.

Corrective surgery for the handicapped

7 children were assessed and corrective surgery done for handicaps like Hemiplegia and Scoliosis. These free surgeries are conducted every year. The children aged between 4 years to 12 years will be followed up in the hospital for rehabilitative therapy.

A helping hand to stand up straight

A Polio Corrective Surgery Camp with the financial support of Lions Club was conducted and a total of 6 patients were operated upon.              
The patients will be followed up in the hospital for further treatment and rehabilitation.

Modular Operation Theatre Inaugurated

The Suresh Shroff Memorial Operation Theatre Complex was inaugurated on 13th October 2012 by H.E. The Governor of Orissa.

The complex consists of 3 Operating Rooms. It is entirely modular, with Laminar Air Flow and HEPA filters for the highest standards of Infection Control. It is equipped with cutting edge technology.
