You are requested to carry the following documents and provide it to us at the time of admission:
1. TPA ID card
2. Photo ID
3. Copy of the Policy document showing the validity of the Policy
4. Copy of the Passport (In case of foreign nationals)

Our Medical Insurance Department will guide you with the procedure thereafter.
